Welcome to this little corner of the digital world!
I’m Stefany Goradia, Creator and Chief Curator of Health Data Guru’s weekly newsletter and educational content. My goal in creating HDG is simple: share everything I know and create a platform to amplify our collective impact and raise the tide of our pooled knowledge base—so we can better help those most in need and have more impact together.
I’m obsessed with data, healthcare, and social equity. When I’m not publishing, I work with startups + health organizations that want to transform healthcare and obtain more tangible, equitable healthcare outcomes by using data and innovation in new ways.
I also use my data superpowers and healthcare domain expertise to speak, advocate, advise, educate, and write about how organizations can better use health data and understand bias to improve decision-making, and I help founders/investors/organizations launch health technology products and programs that center on health equity. Send me a note to chat about how we might work together.
I know what it’s like to beat the odds, and it drives everything I do. From high school dropout—to corporate healthcare analyst—to 2x startup exec—I am a walking statistic who now has over a decade of "in the trenches" healthcare analytics and technical leadership under my belt to support others finding themselves in the same boat.
My experience spans the entire health ecosystem including payer, provider, government programs, community-based organizations, health tech vendors, etc. From start-up to scale-up executive operator, I've also worked across all areas of business, including: BD, finance, marketing, operations and delivery, technical implementation, product development, to customer success. As you may see, I love working across interconnected systems and connecting all the dots!
When I’m not thinking about data (heh)... I’m out traveling with my husband and “doghter” in the RV or somewhere fun. Most likely eating tacos. Thanks for stopping by! - Sg
