• Master Project Delivery Schedule: short- and long-term project scheduling, evaluates and schedule projects or adjust project timelines based on deliverables, schedule, and capacity; relays what is feasible and makes informed decisions by weighing the interests and cascading impacts on the company’s bottom line, client’s satisfaction, deliverable quality, and teammate management (owns resource/capacity allocation and management)

• Post-Sales Execution & Customer Success: Continuously improves delivery-related processes based on retro-analyses, cross-training, empowering of teammates, and implementing new processes with the help of cross-functional team stakeholders; supports key client relationships and maintains a pulse on active project success, promotes follow-on work
