I’m Stefany Goradia—systems thinker, strategist, and someone who’s spent the last decade turning complex health data into practical tools, programs, and decisions that drive impact.
This site is a living portfolio of my work, a place to share ideas, and an invitation to collaborate around the shared goal of making healthcare and structural systems work better for more people.
I’ve worked across the healthcare ecosystem—Medicaid agencies, health systems, startups, and government programs—always asking: why do the same gaps persist? What can we do differently? And how can data and technology help us build systems that don’t leave people behind?
In 2017, I co-founded a health analytics company to help answer some of those questions. It was acquired in 2021, and I went on to lead health analytics and product delivery at a data science firm focused on health and social impact. I’m currently pursuing a PhD in Health Equity Sciences, exploring the intersection of technology, policy, and community-driven innovation.
